Did you know that Japan is the second-largest unreached people group in the world? An estimated 97.9% of the population has yet to hear the good news of Jesus Christ. Although Japanese people may appear to have few needs outwardly, many silently struggle with loneliness, mental health challenges, and a deep search for meaning and purpose. Their greatest need is to encounter their loving heavenly Father. This team will have the opportunity to serve a new church plant in Tokyo to share the love and hope of Jesus and engage in street evangelism—bringing light to one of the world’s spiritually darkest places.
